Registration and payment information

STEP 1:  To attend a Grief to Grace Oregon retreat, first contact team member Patsy Seeley, RN.  Her contact information is here.  She will discuss the application process and assist you with any questions you may have. Please be ready to share some personal information about yourself.  All information will be confidential and only shared with the retreat team.

STEP 2: After you have spoken to her and made the decision that you would like to attend the retreat, you will be mailed an application.  Please complete the application and return it to the PO Box listed on the form.  Please include a deposit check with the application or pay the deposit online here.  Note that you will be asked to register on this website prior to payment.

STEP 3:  You will receive notification when your application has been received along with further information and retreat details. Full payment is due by September 1st.  You can pay by check or online; see the Registration and Payment page for more details.

Retreat cost

The full fee for the retreat is $1,350.00.  We realize that not everyone is able to pay the full amount so there are different options available.  You may inquire about a payment plan option that allows you to make a down payment followed by monthly installments according to your ability.  There are also a limited amount of funds available for assistance.  Your meals, room, and other retreat materials are included in the cost.
